At Home Self Love Session

Some days I miss my old studio. The light was reliable and oh so good. But getting to come to people’s homes to create art with them is something I’m learning to love more than consistency. Every home visit is an opportunity to create something special and unique for that person. I love how immediately comfortable people are in their own space and how the photos automatically feel more for and about them and less about whatever my idea was. This session with Maggie became much less of a boudoir session and more of a celebration of a woman and her space and we created some of my all time favorite portraits in the process.
